RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

DISCLAIMER- IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY, WE REQUEST YOU TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE UNUSED, IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. FURTHER, WE REQUEST YOU TO SHOOT AN UNBOXING VIDEO AND SEND IT TO US AT info@manetain.in.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: -

Refunds are available for unused and unopened products within (?) days of purchase.

How to Request:

-Contact us at info@manetain.in with your order number and reason for the refund. Photos/ Unboxing video will be requested.

Exclusions: -

-Used or opened products, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable.

Refund Process: -

-Approved refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days to the original payment method.

-Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy-
To cancel your order, please email us at info@manetain.in with your order number within 2 hours of placement.

Note: Once the order is processed, cancellations are not possible.

International Orders

We offer flat-rate international shipping of INR (amount) worldwide. Please note, this may vary based on weight.

The estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks. Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you are looking to exchange your order for the following reasons, we are here to help!

1. You received a wrong product from our end.
2. You received a defective product from our end.

You may opt for exchange within 10 days from receiving your order.

Note:-
1.Sale items are final and not eligible for returns/exchanges. However, replacements will be provided in case of major production defects. 

2. Prints and Colours:- All photographs are captured to closely resemble the actual product. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting. Please note, exchanges or returns will not be accepted for color or print discrepancies.

RETURN:

In the event of not being satisfied by the size and/or quality of the order delivered, you may place a return request with us within 10 days from receiving your order.

Once we receive your returned order back at our store, we shall make necessary adjustments and ship it back to you.
