RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

DISCLAIMER- IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY, WE REQUEST YOU TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE UNUSED, IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. FURTHER, WE REQUEST YOU TO SHOOT AN UNBOXING VIDEO AND SEND IT TO US AT info@manetain.in.

EXCHANGE

If you are looking to exchange your order for the following reasons, we are here to help!

1. You received a wrong product from our end.
2. You received a defective product from our end.

You may opt for exchange within 15 days from receiving your order.

RETURN:

In the event of not being satisfied by the colour and/or print of the order delivered, you may place a return request with us within 15 days from receiving your order.

Once we receive your returned order back at our store, we shall make necessary adjustments and ship it back to you.  

REFUND:

We currently do not hold a refund policy for any purchase made by you.
