Microfiber Turban Towel
Developed by founders Hinshara and Yuba (devout followers of Lorraine Massey’s Curly Girl Method) to fill the void of good quality CG-friendly products and accessories in India, our Microfibre Turban Towels are a lighter alternative to our Double-sided Turban Towels.
Made with a single layer, these towels are not only lightweight but also efficiently reduce hair drying time. Their quick-drying feature ensures they dry faster after each use, and being lighter, they provide a comfortable and non-bulky feel on the head. Additionally, our Microfibre Turban Towels are super absorbent when compared to conventional cotton towels, which ensures minimum frizz, making them a must-have for a seamless drying experience.
Plop:
Keep your head down, and your hair flipped over. Wear the Microfibre Turban Towel over your head with the narrow end in front of you. Place your hair inside the turban towel and twist/fold it upward and over your head to secure the loop (provided at the narrow end) to the button that will be at the nape of your neck.
Wrap:
While standing upright, facing forward, wear the Microfibre Turban Towel as you would any cap, with the narrow end behind you. Place your hair inside the turban towel and twist/fold it upward and over your head to secure the loop (provided at the narrow end) to the button that will be at the top of your forehead.
When should I wear the Microfibre Turban Towel?
After washing, conditioning, and styling your hair. Once you remove the turban towel, you can air dry or diffuse.
How long can I keep the turban towel on?
If you have curly/coily hair and have already applied stylers, we don’t recommend wearing it for too long as this will disrupt your curl pattern.
If you have not applied any stylers or have straight or wavy hair, you can keep the turban towel on for longer to further cut your drying time.
Do I need to wash the turban towel after every use?
Yes. Gently hand wash and air dry after every use, especially if used after applying stylers.
