Manetain Moisturising Shampoo
Developed by founders Hinshara and Yuba (devout followers of Lorraine Massey’s Curly Girl Method) to fill the void of good quality CG-friendly products in India, Manetain’s Moisturising Shampoo contains baobab protein, seaweed extract, and marshmallow extract, creating the perfect harmony of protein and moisture that is also pH balanced.
If you’re new to the CGM, you’ll find that textured hair is more prone to dryness. A moisturising shampoo forms the backbone of a good CG routine. What makes Manetain’s Moisturising Shampoo better than most is that it focuses not only on hydration (moisture) but also strength and repair (protein), giving you everything your hair needs without you having to know or do the science behind it.
Cleanse:
Take a coin size amount in your hands and emulsify. Adding water will help in lather formation. Massage the shampoo into your wet scalp and sections of your hair.
Rinse:
Rinse well, making sure to get all the shampoo out of your scalp and hair.
Condition:
Apply Manetain’s Multipurpose Conditioner to the lengths of wet hair and let it sit for afew minutes before rinsing well.
Baobab protein:
Baobab protein not only strengthens and repairs your hair, but its moisturising properties help prevent frizz by keeping your hair hydrated. Increased volume, shine, manageability, curl enhancement, and even UV protection are some of the benefits of this magic ingredient.
Seaweed extract:
Packed with vitamins and minerals, seaweed extract helps to improve hair texture, reduce frizz, enhance curl definition, and add shine. Its moisturising properties provide hydration and nourishment, leading to softer, bouncier curls and waves.
Marshmallow Extract:
Marshmallow extract reduces hair breakage during washes owing to its detangling properties. It also helps smoothen hair cuticles, helping in reduced frizz and improved manageability. Marshmallow extract is also considered to be extremely gentle on the hair and scalp.

I have dermatitis/a sensitive scalp can I still use the Manetain cleanser?
While the marshmallow extract in the shampoo may help soothe scalp irritations, Manetain does not
make medicated products. We recommend consulting a doctor before using our products for
treatment.
